The service

Broniobot is run by BRONIOSOFT, MMC, 59, Rashid Behbudov str., Baku, AZ1014, Azerbaijan.

It answers a company's customers on WhatsApp and Telegram from notes the company wrote, and hands a chat to a person when the notes do not have the answer.

By using it you agree to these terms.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You answer for what your team does in your account.

The details you give us must be true and current.

Your notes and replies

The bot repeats what is in your notes. You answer for your notes being correct, lawful and yours to share.

Your notes and chats stay yours. We use them only to run the service for you.

WhatsApp and Telegram

You follow the rules of WhatsApp and Telegram, including the WhatsApp Business terms and messaging policy.

Meta charges you directly for WhatsApp messages, on the payment method you add to your WhatsApp account.

You have your customers' permission to message them where the law or the platform asks for it.

What is not allowed

Spam, unlawful or harmful content, pretending to be someone else, or trying to reach another company's data.

We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms.

Price

Prices are on the Pricing page. We tell you before anything is charged.

What we promise

We work to keep the service running and correct, but we do not promise it is never down or never wrong.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or lost data.

Leaving

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account and its data.

Law, changes and contact

These terms follow the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

When these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. Using the service after that means you accept them.
