Broniobot lets a company answer its customers on WhatsApp and Telegram from notes the company wrote.

Who this covers

Companies that use the panel: owners and their support team.

Customers who write to a company's WhatsApp number or Telegram bot. The company decides what happens with those chats. We keep and handle them for the company.

What we keep

For panel users: name, email and sign-in details.

For a company: its notes, product lists, pictures, any chat history it imports, its numbers and bots, and the WhatsApp account details needed to send and receive messages.

For customers: the messages they send and the replies, their phone number or Telegram ID, and the name shown on their profile. Voice messages are turned into text.

Counts of sent replies, so a company can see its usage and costs.

A few cookies that keep a panel user signed in and remember which company and view is open. When usage statistics are on, our statistics tool adds one of its own.

How we use it

To answer customers from the company's notes, to show chats to the company's team, and to count replies.

We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising.

Who receives it

Meta (WhatsApp) and Telegram, to deliver messages.

Google and Cohere, to find and write an answer. Phone numbers, emails and similar personal details are removed from the text before it is sent to them.

Google also receives voice messages as recordings, to turn them into text. We keep the text, not the recording.

Our hosting provider, a tool that tells us when something breaks, and a statistics tool that sees which pages are opened and which setup steps are finished, tied to a panel user's ID.

How long we keep it

Chats stay until the company deletes them or closes its account. An owner can delete one customer's chats at any time.

Account details stay while the account is open.

How we protect it

Access tokens, PINs and secrets are encrypted. Our logs hold no message text, phone numbers or tokens.

Each company sees only its own chats and notes.

Seeing or deleting your data

If you wrote to a company, ask that company, or write to us and we will pass it on and help them remove it.

If you use the panel, an owner can delete a customer's chats there. To see, correct or delete your account, write to us.

Changes and contact

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
